We understand that plans can change—life happens.
- 30+ days before check-in: You’ll receive a full refund
- 7–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Within 7 days of check-in: Reservations are non-refundable
For a little extra peace of mind, every booking includes a 48-hour grace period. If your plans shift shortly after booking, you can cancel for a full refund—as long as your check-in date is at least 14 days away.

This cabin wasn’t designed by a developer chasing square footage—it was built by a family who genuinely loves to have fun, for families who do the same. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel it. The road in is fully paved (no rugged trek required), and as the trees open up, you’re greeted by a place that feels private and tucked away—yet effortlessly accessible.
At the heart of it all is the Tower Saloon—our favorite spot, and the soul of the house. Perched above the trees with sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it opens to a wrap-around porch made for morning coffee, sunset drinks, and everything in between. It’s where things tend to get a little legendary—costumes (yes, including Bigfoot), poker nights, and just enough mischief to turn simple evenings into stories you’ll be telling for years.
But the magic isn’t just up top—it’s everywhere. Slow mornings in the hammocks. Evenings on the deck around the fire table. S’mores by the fire pit, hot tub nights under the stars, and games that somehow turn competitive. You may come planning to explore—but don’t be surprised if you never want to leave.
Still, when you do, everything that makes North Georgia special—charming towns, rivers, trails, and wineries—is just minutes away. Outlaw’s Roost was built to bring people together, slow things down, and make space for real connection. We hope you feel that the moment you arrive.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. The photos do not do it justice at all. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The decor was stunning. The kitchen was stocked with top, notch, cookware, knives, appliances, etc. There are a ton of games and entertainment options in the house. The hot tub is amazing. Our favorite was the top floor with a wraparound deck. We just loved hanging out in there and playing on the poker table. It’s such a unique room. We definitely hope to come back soon.
The hosts were so responsive and very friendly. It’s also a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge, which was very convenient.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The views alone made the trip worth it—gorgeous sunsets and wildlife right outside the windows created such a peaceful, unforgettable setting. The hot tub was clean, hot, and exactly what we needed to relax. The entire house was breathtaking, and honestly even more beautiful than the photos online. Every room had so much character and comfort that it felt like an experience in itself. This home is the perfect escape for anyone looking for a weekend getaway that combines comfort, beauty, and relaxation. We would absolutely recommend it to friends, family, or anyone in search of a truly memorable stay.

Where do I even start, we had a wonderful getaway weekend in the mountains. Sierra was so helpful and thoughtful, we arrived later at night and she had the hot tub ready and waiting for us. The space is beautiful, private, and easily accessible. We had no issues finding the cabin and the instructions for check in were easy to follow. The space was immaculately designed, they had thought of everything and we were able to find all that we needed. The theme room on the top floor was the selling point for us when we booked and it did not disappoint. Not a dull moment was had during our stay.

My family and I will most definitely be staying here again. The cabin was top of the line in every way. The decor was the best I’ve ever seen. The cabin offered everything my family needed. My 7 year old loves the Saloon and the provided dress up costumes. The big foot costume was by far his favorite. The cabin offered everything we need as far as room goes as well. The grandparents were able to chill on the lower level, while me and my father in law caught several Football games on the 4th level. The largest apple orchard was only 10 minutes up the road. Affordable, private, and worth every penny!

Every corner of the Outlaw Roost was designed with comfort and joy in mind. The kids were over the moon with all the thoughtful activities provided, and we all loved the variety of spaces to enjoy, whether it was unwinding in the jacuzzi, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, lounging in a hammock, or even having fun in the little dress-up and bar sections. It felt like every detail was crafted to create unforgettable memories. In short, the Outlaw Roost gave us an extraordinary holiday experience that we will cherish forever.
