To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for all guests, please review the following policies and house rules before booking.
Booking & Payment
- Reservations are reviewed within 24 hours and are subject to approval.
- Your payment method will only be charged after your reservation is approved.
- Self check-in is provided via smart lock.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
- If you cancel 7 to 29 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
For added peace of mind, all reservations also include a 48-hour grace period after booking, during which you may cancel for a full refund as long as check-in is more than 14 days away.
Safety & Suitability
- Outlaw's Roost includes steep stairs and delicate themed furnishings.
- The experience is best suited for adults and children ages 8 and older.
- The property is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
Monitoring & Safety
- Exterior security cameras are in use at the front entry only.
- There are no interior cameras.
House Rules
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
- Check-in begins at 4:00pm.
- Check-out is by 10:00am.
- Please do not move furniture or modify any props or decor.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- No illegal drugs.
- No hunting.
- No commercial photography without prior written approval.
- No firearms.
- No fireworks.
- No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
- Smoking outside is permitted. Please fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor bin provided.
